Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Refund/Exchange Conditions

    • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with supporting images.
    • Verified cases will receive an online credit voucher (excluding shipping costs) valid for 90 days.
    • Cash refunds are not offered.

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with the price tag and invoice/receipt included.
    • Exchanges or refunds will be processed after verification.
  • Terms

    • Prepaid packages cannot be opened before payment.
    • Orders can be canceled before processing by contacting customer service.
    • Complaints after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
    • Do not accept packages that are open or damaged.
    • Orders may be canceled due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined payments.
